Fractional CMO for Founder-Led Brands
I partner with founder-led brands, Pre-Seed-Series C startups, and solopreneurs to reinvent their GTM and catalyze exponential growth by creating a repeatable growth engine.
My role sits somewhere between operator, architect, and advisor.
I step in, find the constraint, and build the system that breaks it.
If you want velocity, clarity, and compounding returns on your GTM, brand, content, or lead gen strategy, we are aligned.
1. Discovery & Fit
Before any engagement starts, we’ll align on two things:
- The scope/size of the opportunity.
- Whether our chemistry is right.
You’ll get a short call and a written teardown that surfaces where I think your leverage hides — content/audience growth, funnel/lead gen, or GTM/brand.
This is a preview of how I think and what I notice that others miss.
If we both see the upside, we can move fast.
2. How Every Engagement Kicks Off
Every partnership starts with three fast moves:
- Growth Architecture Audit – Deep review of brand, funnels, and GTM motion. I ask: what creates momentum, and what would break if it stopped tomorrow? Anything else gets cut or rebuilt.
- Stakeholder Pulse – 15–30-minute conversations with key players — founder, GTM, ops, success — to pull out the buried context and institutional knowledge.
- Narrative Alignment – Audit of how your story lands in market. Most brands sound the same. I rebuild your message so investors, customers, and press feel what you do.
These three steps give me the full signal map — what to scale, what to kill, what to build next.
3. Core Philosophies
- Growth is a leverage game.
- We optimize for long-term brand equity and trust. Not vanity spikes.
- We run a pull model. Lead with value, earn attention, convert through permission.
- Attention and trust are scarce assets. We compound both with consistent, high-value content.
- Overdeliver at every touchpoint. Maximize consumer surplus so the market does the talking.
- Excel at what is uniquely ours. When the system is precise, competitors fade from view.
- Cut noise. Place asymmetric bets that bend the curve. If a motion can’t produce outsized return, it’s removed.
- Put content at the core. The “funnel” is dead. The “Continuum” is in: Discovery → Nurture → Investment → Enrollment → Ascension → Advocacy.
- Leveled-access (free, gated, priced) content meets people at their pace and pulls them forward.
- Arbitrage underpriced distribution and high-leverage lead gen systems before the market catches up.
- Clarity over complexity. Compounding over campaigns. Integrity over hacks.
4. Operating Rhythm
I prefer to embed inside your business.
- I touch your brand or systems daily — async or live.
- I initiate quick calls when needed.
- Slack or text is standard. You’ll have direct access.
- Expect high-frequency communication and tangible output.
When I’m in, I move like a co-founder.
That’s why I only take 2–3 active companies at a time.
5. Mutual Expectations
You get:
- Relentless clarity on where leverage lives and what deserves focus.
- Systems, assets, and narratives that compound visibility, trust, and revenue.
- Execution measured in days, not quarters — real traction and a compounding roadmap.
- A partner who overdelivers by default and treats your brand as if it were his own.
I get:
- Direct founder access and clean communication.
- Fast, confident decisions once direction is set.
- Trust in my judgment and space to operate at full speed.
- Alignment around long-term brand equity over short-term optics.
When that balance holds, results show up fast — usually inside 30 days — and the compounding starts immediately after.
6. Tactical Involvement (Examples)
Depending on stage and goal, I here’s how I can add most value:
- Re-architect your messaging, homepage, and investor narrative — sharpen how you show up to customers, partners, and capital opportunities.
- Build a Private Content Community — architect and scale an exclusive digital group to tens of thousands of members for 1:1, high-trust nurturing, value sharing, and conversion into your ecosystem.
- Run a Full-Funnel Audit + Rebuild — map your customer journey end-to-end, identify friction points, and build a high-converting funnel from first touch to repeat purchase.
- Plan, launch, + ghostwrite your “System of Genius” book — position you as the category authority and build an owned inbound engine around it.
- Design a viral-ready, founder-led content engine — LinkedIn, Threads, Reels, all systemized for reach, rhythm, and repurposing.
- Develop your Founder Media Platform — spearhead a full ecosystem (newsletter, podcast, clips, distribution, VAs/agency POC) that compounds authority and inbound leads.
- Engineer a Monetization Ladder — structure your offers, pricing, and product suite to turn attention into recurring revenue.
- Align your growth story for investors, partners, and media — build the deck, talking points, and “crib sheet” that make capital conversations effortless.
Each engagement focuses on the 2–3 highest-leverage moves that change your growth curve — not an endless to-do list.
7. Engagement Structures & Investment
Every project is bespoke. My entry points usually fall into these buckets:
Strategic Sprint (2 Weeks — Part Time)
$4K–$10K paid upfront
A high-intensity deep dive that clarifies your growth thesis, repositions your brand, and delivers a 90-day roadmap.
Perfect before a raise, relaunch, or key product milestone.
Embedded Growth Partner (Monthly Retainer — Part Time, But Top Priority Engagement)
$10K–$25K/month (3-month minimum)
You get me inside your business, running point on GTM, content, and compounding systems.
Best for funded teams that need a senior operator without hiring a full-time exec.
Growth Architect Residency (90-120+ Days — Full Time as My Only Focus Day-to-Day)
$25K–$100K (split 50/50)
Full immersion. We rebuild your GTM, content, and narrative foundation from the inside out.
You get the strategic architecture, the assets, and the systems that keep producing long after I’m gone.
